1. Service-Based Engagements
Nexsun Solutions provides customized services such as website development, SEO, digital marketing, app planning, branding, automation, content, support and consulting. Because service work involves team time, planning, communication and execution, refunds are reviewed according to the work already completed.
2. Advance Payments
Advance payments are used to reserve project time, start discovery, prepare planning, allocate resources and begin execution. If a client cancels after work has started, the used portion may be deducted from any eligible refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Completed milestones, approved designs, delivered files, consulting time, content drafts, SEO audits, campaign setup, support hours, urgent work, third-party purchases, hosting, domain, paid tools, plugins, stock assets, ad spends and gateway charges are generally non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Before Work Starts
If cancellation is requested before any planning, design, development, content, communication or resource allocation begins, Nexsun Solutions may review the request for a partial or full refund after deducting applicable transaction or administrative costs.
5. Project Delays
Refunds are not normally issued for delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, unavailable credentials, third-party platform issues, new scope additions or changes requested after work has begun.
6. Digital Marketing and SEO
SEO, ads, social media and reputation work are ongoing service activities. Since outcomes depend on search engines, competition, platform rules, content quality and market behavior, monthly service fees are generally non-refundable once work for that period has started.
7. Refund Review Process
To request a review, email your project name, payment details, reason for cancellation and current work status to sales@nexsunsolutions.com. Approved refunds, if any, are processed through a suitable payment method within a reasonable business period.
